| From Fall River, MA (Points
North) |
- Take Rt. 24 South off of I-195
- Follow Rt. 24 South over the Sakonnet
River Bridge into Portsmouth, RI.
- Take Exit 1 (Middletown/Newport Beaches)
- At the bottom of the exit ramp turn
right on Turnpike Avenue.
- Follow Turnpike Avenue to the traffic
light and bear right on to Rt. 138 South.
- Follow Rt. 138 South for about 7 miles.
- Turn left at Dunkin Donuts
(Aquidneck Avenue – Rt. 138A).
- Follow Rt. 138A for 4/10 of a mile,
1077 Aquidneck Avenue, Advanced Building
Center will be on your left.
- Advanced Building Concepts is in the
front building next to the mail box.

Newport, RI
(Points South) |
- Take second exit off the bridge (Rt.
138 East, Middletown)
- At the bottom of the ramp, facing Newport
Grand take a left on to Admiral Kalfbus
Road. Follow Admiral Kalfbus Road straight
through two (2) traffic lights onto Miantonomi
Avenue
- Continue through two (2) stop signs
and one more traffic light
- Continue up the hill to the next traffic
light (Aquidneck Avenue).
- Take a left on to Aquidneck Avenue (Rt.
138A).
- Follow Aquidneck Avenue for 7/10 mile,
1077 Aquidneck Avenue, Advanced Building
Center is on your right.
- Advanced Building Concepts is in the
front building next to the mail box.
