We work with the designer and the owner, providing pre-construction services such as cost estimates, project schedules and design/value engineering. When the design, costs and schedules are identified and agreed upon, we build the project for a Negotiated Contract price. Evidence of our integrity is the fact that the majority of our work is negotiated with repeat clients.
