Advanced Building
Concepts was contracted as the
Construction Manager to build this single
story dental office, consisting of five
separate workstations. Each station was
equipped to work as an independent
full-service dental module, consisting of
chairs, dental equipment and computer
station, with LCD monitors and X-ray
capabilities. Working closely with
subcontractors and vendors, Advanced
Building Concepts was able to cut costs,
while delivering a high quality end product.
The project was completed in eight months as
scheduled, despite an unusually harsh winter
environment. The building's hip roof, and
the columns on each side of the front
entrance way give the building distinctive
curb appeal. The interior waiting area
features a vaulted ceiling, with distinct
rooflines blending effortlessly together.
