Advanced Building Concepts completed renovation of the second and fourth floors of the Newport Hospital. On each floor we constructed twenty-one single, and four double state-of-the-art patient rooms. Every room has a private bath and in-room computer station, connecting data to the main server. ABC headed up and executed this project from hazardous material remediation and demolition, through framing and mechanical coordination, to finishes and occupancy.

Much of the work needed to be done with little or no disruption to patient care. In order to achieve this goal, Advanced Building Concepts coordinated complex schedules with construction workers and hospital staff.

Value engineering recommendations developed by ABC resulted in significant cost savings on this project, without compromising quality.
