The St. George's Squash Court facility has a complex energy management sequence and control system, to regulate lighting and environmental conditions in the complex. Advanced Building Concepts utilized the design/build approach to successfully complete the project on time, in spite of a fall start, before a difficult winter, to complete work on time for court installation and scheduled opening dates.

The facility has eight squash courts, office space and restroom. The building site was elevated ten feet before foundation work could begin. Advanced Building Concepts completed site work, utilities, the metal building shell, mechanical systems, and interior finishes, and successfully supervised the installation of the court systems that were imported from Germany.
