Chief Financial Officer/Controller
Positions: 0

Experienced construction CFO or Controller. Responsibilities include all accounting functions including work-in-progress analysis, month-end close and job profit analysis. The position is also responsible for managing all employee benefit programs, and relationships with our bank, accounting firm and insurance professionals. Experience with Sage/Timberline accounting software is highly desirable.


ASSISTANT TO ESTIMATING AND PURCHASING
Positions: 0

ABC is looking for an Assistant Estimator to work in cooperation with the Head Estimator preparing labor & material estimates for self-performed Carpentry work. This position will also be responsible for managing this work as it is awarded to ABC.


PROJECT MANAGER
Positions: 0

This individual must have extensive knowledge and experience in construction. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall project schedule, the project budget as well as project documentation, job costs, product submission and subcontractor/vendor selection. Experience in buyout and wiritng subcontracts a must. Must be computer literate and be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Transportation is required, must be a team player who works well with others including architects, engineers and owners. Safety, client satisfaction and quality construction on-time/on budget should be the primary goal. This is a salaried position; wage and benefits based on level of skill and experience. On most occasions will be responsible for multiple projects.


CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Positions: 0

Must have extensive knowledge of and experience with on the jobsite activities and challenges found on various types of construction projects. Projects may be renovations or new construction from the ground up, concrete, masonry, steel, and/or wood construction type, end use may be commercial, institutional, or recreational. This individual will be responsible for the daily scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and some material acquisitions. Project documentation such as daily reports, verifying as-built drawings are current, and safety compliance are a daily requirement.


LABORER
Positions: 0

Applicants for this position must have a general knowledge of construction, although this may be an entry level postion. Candidates should have transportation and be a team player who works well with others. Must have safety awareness and be OSHA trained (OSHA 10-hr minimum). This position is an hourly wage position; wage based on level of skill. On some occasions may work as a carpenter's helper.


CARPENTER
Positions: 0

Applicant must have basic carpentry skills, should have transportation and hand tools, and must be a team player who works well with others. Must have safety awareness, be OSHA trained (OSHA 10-hr minimum) and quality craftsmanship as a primary goals. This position is an hourly wage position; wage based on level of skill. On some occasions may work as a carpenter foreman.
