Under the construction management approach, Advanced Building Concepts works with the owner and architect as a team from the start. Early involvement provides the team with cost estimates and constructability reviews, to ensure that what is designed can be built and is within budget. As construction manager, our duties include managing subcontractors, scheduling material acquisitions and providing manpower, including trade labor from our own resources. The project is delivered to the owner at cost, plus a fee.
