Ideally, a team consisting of the owner, architect and ABC forms early during the design and/or planning phase of the project. As part of the team, ABC provides critical estimating services during the design process to ensure a quality project is delivered within the clients budget. ABC's participation during the pre-construction phase often results in cost savings exceeding the construction management fees. The architect's costs are also minimized due to the elimination of redesign.
